Cancellation Policy


Enrollment

  • TaraMitra Drone Academy reserves all rights of admissions for courses.
  • Admissions for any course(s) will be done on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • TaraMitra Drone Academy reserves all rights to change the date/schedule/cost or cancel a specific batch.

Charges and Expenses

  • Candidates shall, along with the booking form, pay prescribed booking/advance amounts. Candidates, who have registered for the course, must pay the prescribed booking/advance amount within one week after such registration. If the advance payment is not made within a stipulated one week, then the registration shall be deemed to be cancelled.
  • Balance payments (if any) shall be paid at least 15 days before the course commencement date.
  • If the balance payment is not made within the stipulated time, then the registration shall be deemed to be cancelled; and the advance amount received will be forfeited.
  • Any incidental/additional expenses incurred during the course shall be borne by the candidates.

Cancellation Policy and Refund Rules

  • Any cancellation by candidate(s) must be communicated to TaraMitra Drone Academy in Office in writing in the prescribed format available at TaraMitra Drone Academy. The refund, if any, will be given in 10-15 business working days.

Applicable Cancellation Charges

  • Rs. 1,000 if the cancellation is made with more than 30 days (excluding the start date of the course) remaining from the course commencement date.
  • 25% of the course fees if the cancellation is made more than 15 days (excluding the start date of the course) remaining from the course commencement date.
  • 50% of the course fees if the cancellation is made more than 07 days (excluding the start date of the course) remaining from the course commencement date.
  • No refund if the cancellation is made with 7 or less than 7 days remaining from the course commencement date.
  • No refund will be payable in case of ‘No Show’.

Please note

  • TaraMitra Drone Academy shall not be responsible for losses incurred for the air/train /bus bookings, or any additional services like accommodation arising due to cancellation of course batch by TaraMitra Drone Academy.
  • TaraMitra Drone Academy reserves all rights to change / modify the duration of the course. Management reserves all rights to prepone or to postpone the date of the course schedule and TaraMitra Drone Academy shall not be liable for any refund in such a case.
  • TaraMitra Drone Academy is in no way obligated to complete a course if one or more candidates is found to be in violation of the code of conduct. Refunds will not be given in this situation.
  • In the event, there is the cancellation of course due to force majeure and/or reasons beyond the control of TaraMitra Drone Academy, or because of reasons like, but not limited to, any restrictions arising out of Government directions or directions of competent local authorities or travel restrictions arising out of Covid-19 Pandemic like conditions, or any kind of medical/non-medical certification requirements (like RT-PCR reports/Vaccination Certificates) imposed by the competent authorities, or unrest, protests or social disturbances, or change in flight or train schedules, or hospitalisation / the demise of a close relative or a family member, then no refund shall be payable.
  • Disputes, if any, will be subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
